The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The friendly staff provided prompt service and the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also had a gym and a swimming pool, adding to its overall appeal.
The hotel's customer service left much to be desired, as we experienced some issues with overcharging and a lack of responsiveness from the manager.

The price of the room was reasonable and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently situated near the main road and the city center. One nice addition was the complimentary breakfast served each morning.
The staff grossly overcharged us and were unpleasantly unapologetic when we challenged the rates. The customer service was shoddy and the manager was incredibly rude when he eventually got round to addressing our issues.
